With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of productivity,CO2produced by human production and living process is increasing day by day.Therefore,CO2emission control has become a common action for human society to achieve sustainable development. Our country is still in the stage of accelerating industrialization and urbanization, with large scale manufacturing industry, long industrial chain and high carbon emission intensity.Under the background of high-quality development and the"two-carbon"strategic goal, the study and analysis of the carbon flow process law among industrial sectors and the exploration of a technically feasible, economically reasonable, collaborative and efficient carbon reduction and efficiency path have important theoretical value and practical guiding significance for clarifying the responsibility of carbon reduction of industrial sectors and promoting the coordinated carbon reduction of the whole industrial system. The study builds a theoretical framework of carbon flow between industrial sectors based on I-O,explores the process and characteristics of carbon flow between industrial sectors in depth, examines the key industrial sectors and key industrial chains of carbon flow in the empirical study, and puts forward policy suggestions to promote the coordinated emission reduction of industrial systems. The results show that:(1)There is a big difference between direct carbon emission and carbon emission intensity between industrial sectors.Industrial sectors with high carbon emission and high carbon emission intensity are located in the upstream of the industrial chain, showing the characteristics of industrial agglomeration.(2)The carbon flow correlation social network of industrial sectors has high aggregation and connectivity, and the departments are closely connected. The change of carbon emission of one industrial sector will drive the change of the whole industrial system.Manufacturing of chemical products, production and supply of electricity, heat, gas and water, transportation, storage and postal services are the core sectors in the network, which have a strong influence on other sectors.Metallic mining,non-metallic mining and other mining mining and other sectors have shorter implied carbon transport paths and higher carbon flow efficiency. The carbon flow correlation network can be further divided into regulator subgroup, supplier subgroup, direct carbon emission subgroup and receiver subgroup based on the analysis of condensed subgroups.Different subgroups have different characteristics of carbon flow.(3)The industrial sector can be divided into 6 direct carbon emission sectors and 20 indirect carbon emission sectors. The carbon flow relationship among industrial sectors is complex. The carbon flow is mainly concentrated at production level 1 and 2,and the implied carbon flow decreases with the increase of production level. From the analysis of carbon flow path, the production and supply of electric power, heat, gas and water is the starting sector of the seven key paths, and the cumulative carbon emission accounts for about 9.02%of the total."Construction→fixed capital formation"is the leading end of the 10key paths, and the carbon emission accounts for 19.46%of the total.According to the above research conclusions, the following policy recommendations are put forward:Precise policies and differentiated carbon reduction policies.Focusing on core industrial sectors.Give full play to the advantages of industrial. We will take comprehensive measures to promote coordinated emission reduction across the industrial chain.
