| The need for socio-economic development makes many voices heard in today’s society,noise has become a problem that can not be ignored.The noise problem in Liaohe oil field injection station is very serious.The main pumps in the station are mixing pump and polymer injection pump,both of which are plunger pumps.The noise intensity of plunger pump during operation is 108 d B,oil field workers in injection plants are particularly affected by noise.To address this issue,this topic analyzes the noise in injection plants.The parts of the plunger pump are mainly on the outlet pipe,inlet pipe,plunger observation window,and motor.It is recommended that appropriate guidance be provided on these issues to explore the effectiveness and accuracy of these programmes.The role of the voice-controlled knife isto exclude the sound of the piston pump.Its spectrum these standards are analyzed based on national standards and determine the required noise control measures.Based on the correlation noise control theory,we study noise control techniques and design the corresponding noise control method,piston pump design.The piston valve of the original piston is replaced,the metal ball valve is replaced with the non-metal ball valve,and the piston pump is equipped with soundproof and static shield.This problem is to reduce the noise of the noise source and reduce noise by using the noise reduction device of the noise transmission path.The main sounds pumped into the glands through complex facial expressions and auditory studies.By ansys analysis of carbon steel ball valve replaced by zirconia ceramic ball valve noise reduction effect,the natural frequency of ball and ball valve as well as the strength of ball and valve seat are up to standard.The first three times are played in three straight strokes and the first three times are simulated.The simulation results of the first three order natural frequencies of ball and ball valve with three different opening degrees show that it does not cause resonance phenomenon.The maximum von mises stress of zirconia ceramic sphere is less than 60 MPa,according to the fourth strength theory,the strength of zirconia ceramic sphere is up to the standard,in line with the criterion of Mises design.The acoustic repulsion theory was developed by analyzing the pressure of the piston.The performance and performance of different materials and sound-absorbing structures are studied to determine the appropriate sound-absorbing material and structure for the noise frequency of the plan pump.After comparing and performing comsol sound insulation simulation calculations for the three selected schemes,the order of sound insulation screen materials from the outside to the inside is: 50 mm ultra-fine glass sound absorbent cotton,0.5 mm micro perforated plate,2mm steel plate,2 mm sound insulation felt,and 50 mm ultra-fine glass sound absorbent cotton.Finally,acoustic experiments were conducted to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.After analyzing the experimental data,it was found that the noise control was excellent,and it was found that the application possibility was high. |
