| At this stage,China offshore oil resources have broad prospects for research and utilization.The main body of comprehensive exploitation of offshore oil fields is a truss concrete structure based on a certain offshore movable platform,that is,the outside is higher than a certain sea surface and has a certain horizontal movable table inside.Due to the special marine environment,the electrical equipment is hit by wind and rain all year round,and the electrical safety problem of offshore oil platform is very prominent.At the same time,due to the special geographical location of offshore oil platforms,it is difficult to coordinate personnel and materials.Once the electrical equipment breaks down suddenly,it will have a serious impact on oil exploitation.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment of offshore oil platform.Based on new technologies such as microcomputer,sensor and data acquisition and processing center,the on-line monitoring system of electrical equipment can more quickly and accurately monitor the operation status of equipment and find the location of faults.Compared with the traditional fault maintenance and planned maintenance,the on-line monitoring is not limited by periodicity,and the measurement and analysis are automated.While avoiding blind power failure test,it improves the reliability and efficiency of monitoring and greatly reduces the maintenance cost.When problems are detected,a mature and reliable fault diagnosis system is used to judge the specific problems of electrical equipment and provide potential hidden danger information,so as to avoid the shutdown of production process caused by the untimely treatment of sudden faults.Considering the location of offshore oil platform,probability of fault equipment,system operation cost and other factors,this paper will use electrical characteristic analysis technology and BP neural network method to design and construct the motor fault diagnosis system of offshore oil platform.According to the actual operation and development of offshore oil platform,on-site environment and other factors,and on the premise of meeting the requirements of national standards,this paper designs a real-time on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system for electrical equipment that can be widely used in offshore oil platform.The design requirement is that the on-line monitoring of electrical equipment can be carried out to effectively monitor the operation state of equipment,It can judge its operation faults in advance,make preparations for daily maintenance and assembly of spare parts,and provide a scientific basis and guarantee for the planning and implementation effect of maintenance staff. |
