At present,there are some problems in wastewater discharge of chemical enterprises,such as substandard wastewater treatment,malicious data tampering and complex management procedures.This is a threat to the management and supervision of the relevant regulatory departments of the government as well as freshwater resources and ecological environment.The technology of blockchain,which has won widely popularity,is characterized by decentralization,information openness and transparency,and data tamper-proof.It can provide advanced technical support in the supervision of wastewater discharge data of chemical enterprises.This paper first introduces the concept of blockchain,core technology and blockchain research status.The core technologies include elliptic curve encryption algorithm,hash algorithm,consensus mechanism and so on.Then the problems that may occur in the storage process of current industrial wastewater discharge data are analyzed.And introduced the concept of Hyperledger.The data storage scheme of industrial wastewater discharge based on blockchain is designed by taking advantage of the characteristics of blockchain,which is tamper-proof,data traceability and decentralization.The application of blockchain technology is the monitoring of industrial wastewater discharge data.The analyzation of practical Byzantine fault tolerance algorithm(PBFT).Based on some existing problems,designed a practical Byzantine fault tolerance algorithm,which has an obvious improvement of the consensus efficiency of the system.Meanwhile,the discharge data management model of the industrial wastewater based on blockchain is designed.The pivotal work and invention of the paper have two aspects:(1)Store industrial wastewater discharge data on blockchain.Blockchain is tamperproof,open and transparent to solve potential security risks in the data storage process.And proposed the industrial wastewater discharge data storage programme above the blockchain.(2)Research PBFT consensus algorithm in blockchain.Proposed the improved MPBFT algorithm is aboved the original algorithm.Implement dynamic addition and deletion of nodes,reasonably group nodes,and optimize the three-stage protocol.The transmission between nodes is decreased to shorten the consensus time.
