After the rapid development of reform and opening up for more than 40 years,the people’s material life has been greatly satisfied,at the same time,the unreasonable use of natural resources and great exploitation have caused the destruction of the natural environment.In order to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon peak,we must vigorously develop renewable energy and clean new energy.Only in this way can we reduce the exploitation and utilization of non-renewable resources,reduce carbon emissions and reach the carbon peak as soon as possible.Liaoning is a major agricultural province and one of the major grain producing areas in China.Liaoning Province,located in the Songliao Plain,is the only coastal province of the three northeastern provinces.It has more than 1,300 kilometers of Liao River water and148,000 square kilometers of black land.Agricultural production advantages unique,biomass straw resources are rich.This paper mainly carries on the following aspects of research,the specific content is as follows: First of all,through the reference,the main types,distribution and utilization of biomass straw in Liaoning Province,and the development of this field is summarized.Secondly,the main biomass straw physical characteristics,chemical characteristics and mechanical characteristics of the analysis and research,and from several commonly used crushing methods to choose the most appropriate crushing method,determine the energy saving and environmental protection type straw crusher design scheme.On this basis,a three-dimensional model of biomass straw crushing was established,and the force formulae of hammer and dynamic system in the crushing process were analyzed.Finally,the finite element analysis of the first spindle,the second spindle,the moving cutter head and the rotor table is carried out by ANSYS software,and the secondary optimization and safety analysis can be carried out according to the displayed data.
