SAG mill is an important equipment for beneficiation operations,and there are problems such as short liner life and low production capacity during operation.At present,the research on semi-autogenous mills mainly focuses on the particle flow motion state,particle distribution,and wear of lining plates in semi-autogenous mills,and little research has been done on the crushing mechanism and crushing process of particles in semiautogenous mills.Therefore,this paper takes the semi-autogenous mill and its ore in a copper mine as the research object,and adopts the method of combining experiments and discrete element simulation to construct the discrete element model of the ore,analyze the impact crushing and particle size distribution rules of the ore,and study the parameters of the cylinder lining plate.Influence on the grinding efficiency of a semi-autogenous mill.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Considering the irregular shape of the ore,the non-spherical particle filling theory is used to fill the three-dimensional grid model of the ore,determine the optimal filling parameters,and establish a multispherical model of the irregular ore;use the multi-spherical model of the irregular ore to carry out the accumulation angle The discrete element simulation analyzes the influence of contact parameters on the accumulation angle,and calibrates the discrete element contact parameters of the ore according to the test results of the accumulation angle to provide accurate modeling parameters for the particle flow simulation of the semiautogenous mill.(2)Based on the ejection-type falling ball impact test equipment,carry out the single particle impact crushing test,construct the probability model and particle size distribution model of ore particle crushing and ore crushing evaluation index,study the impact of impact energy on ore particle crushing,and reveal the semi-autogenous mill Ore particle crushing mechanism.(3)Construct the ore bond particle model(BPM),conduct uniaxial compression simulation,and study the influence of bond bond parameters on the mechanical properties and failure modes of ore BPM;According to ore impact crushing test results,the feasibility of ore particle impact crushing simulation based on discrete element BPM is verified.(4)Based on the evaluation index of the effective collision energy of ore particle crushing and the characteristics of ore particle flow,the influence of the parameters of the lining plate of the SAG mill on the grinding efficiency was studied,and the structure of the lining plate of the SAG mill was optimized.The industrial test results show that after the optimization,the production capacity of the semi-autogenous mill is increased,the steel consumption and energy consumption are reduced,and the service life of the lining plate is prolonged.
