"It is necessary to fully utilize the natural environment and community education resources,expand the space for young children’s life and learning." In the "National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline",it is pointed out that: Ethnic minority education has its particularity,and supporting the development of education in ethnic areas should be an important task.Emphasis should be placed on inheriting colorful ethnic cultures through education.Ethnic characteristic culture,as an important carrier of ethnic culture,contains important educational value.Integrating it into kindergarten education has positive significance for the growth of young children.However,in areas with rich Buyi embroidery culture,the application of Buyi embroidery culture in education in kindergartens is not optimistic.This research takes the large class children of H Kindergarten in Anshun City as the research object,and comprehensively uses the action research method,observation method and interview method to understand the current situation of the large class Bouyei embroidery culture in the kindergarten environment creation,and then carry out action research.After the three rounds of action research,children’s understanding of Buyi embroidery culture was more in-depth,their cultural identity was strengthened,their ability to create environment was improved,and the author’s theoretical knowledge and practical ability were improved.However,there are still certain problems in the process of integrating Buyi embroidery culture into the creation of kindergarten environment.In order to better integrate Buyi embroidery culture into the creation of kindergarten environment,the author proposes the following suggestions: firstly,to coordinate multiple forces to help Buyi culture integrate into kindergarten;Secondly,early childhood managers should pay attention to the educational significance of ethnic cultural resources for young children;Thirdly,kindergarten managers should enhance their understanding of environmental creation.In terms of preschool teachers,firstly,transform the concept of environmental creation;The second is to enhance environmental creation ability: the second is to expand ethnic cultural knowledge and enhance ethnic cultural literacy. |
