The goal of peaking carbon neutrality has been included in the proposal of the 14 th Five-Year Plan and it was laid out as an important task at the Central Economic Work Conference.The two-carbon target is no longer an "option",but a "necessary option" for current economic development.As the basic energy and important industrial material,coal provides reliable energy guarantee for the national economy and social development.However,the traditional extensive economy is not sustainable,and promoting the transformation of energy structure has become the only way for the current economic development.The decarbonization and high efficiency of coal mining industry has become the consensus of people.China’s sustainable development strategy should be closely combined with China’s basic national conditions and the trend of WTO development.At present,improving green total factor energy efficiency is an important way to take into account decarbonization and high efficiency,which is conducive to accelerating the soft landing of the economy,realizing the high-quality development of the coal mining industry and enterprises,and to ensure the sustainable,stable and safe operation of the social economy.Therefore,this paper firstly reviews the domestic and foreign research status of green total factor energy efficiency,uses the direction distance function model to construct the index of "enterprise green output value",and further determines the calculation model of green total factor energy efficiency of coal mining enterprises.Secondly,based on the DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index model,the static and dynamic values of green total factor energy efficiency of 10 listed coal mining enterprises from 2017 to 2020 were calculated,and it was found that the overall green total factor energy efficiency of sample enterprises showed an upward trend.Compared with technical efficiency,technological progress is the main reason for the increase of green total factor energy efficiency of sample enterprises.Thirdly,the impact of technological progress on green total factor energy efficiency of coal mining enterprises is deeply analyzed,and it is found that the technological progress bias of sample enterprises is significantly different from that of industry,and the number and proportion of green technology patents among enterprises are significantly different.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for improving the green total factor energy efficiency of coal mining enterprises from the aspects of perfecting the carbon trading market to form effective supervision,appropriately expanding the enterprise scale to improve the green total factor energy efficiency of enterprises,and strengthening the independent research and development of enterprises to take the conformal development path.
