In recent years,the construction industry has entered a period of gentle development,and the disadvantages of its extensive development are constantly emerging,and its transformation and development are an inevitable trend.Assembled construction is one of the trends of industrial development in the future,which has been verified in practice in the United States.Japan and other countries,but this model has not been fully developed in China.Assembled building construction requires high-frequency hoisting operation in the construction site,which runs through the entire construction process.With the increase of hoisting operation frequency,the number of accidents in this operation is also increasing gradually.It is necessary in order to study the safety risk assessment of its operation process,which will help reduce safety accidents and avoid unnecessary losses.Firstly,on the basis of studying,analyzing and summarizing the research results of relevant scholars and existing relevant safety standards and specifications,WBS-RBS(Work Risk Decomposition Method)is used to identify and analyze the risk factors of assembly building construction hoisting operation,and a preliminary identification list of risk factors is obtained.Then,the risk factors identified above are reduced by RS rough set attribute reduction theory,and 22 evaluation indexes including personnel,machinery,materials,management and environment are obtained,thus forming the risk evaluation index system of assembly building construction hoisting operation.Secondly,using the above evaluation index system,this paper uses DEMATEL method to assign the weight of risk factors,utilizes TAISM method to analyze and sort out the hierarchical relationship of risk factors,and obtains the up-type and down-type hierarchical diagrams.According to the hierarchical diagrams,the corresponding root factors,transition factors and direct factors are obtained.Finally,this paper introduces D-S evidence theory to establish the safety risk evaluation model of assembly building construction hoisting operation,and is applied to the actual engineering case,and concludes that the risk level of the site hoisting operation of this project is ordinary risk.Based on the evaluation result analysis and hierarchical diagram,some suggestions on safety management measures are submitted from five aspects: personnel,machinery,materials,management and environment.Finally,this paper introduces D-S evidence theory to establish the safety risk evaluation model of assembly building construction hoisting operation,and is applied to the actual engineering case,and concludes that the risk level of the site hoisting operation of this project is ordinary risk.Based on the evaluation result analysis and hierarchical diagram,some suggestions on safety management measures are put forward from five aspects: personnel,machinery,materials,management and environment.
