The on-site gas leakage monitoring of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises is affected by the monitoring principle,installation location,weather and other factors.There are not only small monitoring coverage,but also missing reports.Therefore,this thesis proposes a gas leakage infrared spectrum scanning imaging monitoring technology,and uses this technology to carry out on-site experiments in a refining and chemical enterprise.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the principle of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy imaging,the system design scheme and performance parameters are proposed,and a set of gas leakage Fourier infrared spectroscopy gas cloud imaging monitoring system suitable for field experimental research is constructed.(2)The comparative analysis test and field continuous test were carried out with the catalytic cracking and catalytic gasoline adsorption desulfurization unit area,double degassing unit and catalytic gasoline adsorption desulfurization unit area,product oil and chemical product tank area and hydrogenation tank area in an oil refining and chemical plant as the research objects.(3)The comparison test of gas chromatography and on-line flue gas monitoring test show that the Fourier spectrum gas cloud imaging telemetry system can effectively monitor various leakage gas components and accurately reverse the gas concentration.(4)Through the field test,the change law of leakage gas in four areas is analyzed,focusing on the impact of bad weather and ambient wind speed on the monitoring effect of Fourier spectrum gas cloud imaging monitoring system.The results show that the existence of harsh environment reduces the monitoring effect of the system,the effect of wind speed,accelerates the diffusion of gas and improves the monitoring efficiency,which is consistent with the atmospheric simulation results of LOWTRAN7.This paper makes up for the blank of field leakage test of infrared spectrum gas cloud imaging telemetry system in China.Based on the field experimental research,it is proved that the system can realize the accurate identification of gas leakage,meet the needs of real-time monitoring in different scenes of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,and meet the requirements of dynamic perception and early warning of gas leakage in the enterprise field.
