Hyperspectral imaging technology integrates the advantages of imaging technology and spectral technology,and can obtain the two-dimensional spatial information and one-dimensional spectral information of the measured object at the same time,which greatly improves the richness of the collected information.Hyperspectral images have the advantages of high spectral resolution,wide band coverage,combined with image and spectral and non-contact detection,can be used to quantitatively or qualitatively analyze physical parameters of object.With these advantages,hyperspectral imaging technology has many applications in remote sensing,medicine,agriculture,food detection and other fields.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the new hyperspectral imaging technology and its application.The main work of this paper is to study the hyperspectral imaging technology for ocean exploration and food detection.First of all,the push-broom imaging spectrometer is designed and built,and the underwater protective shell and interface are designed,the integration of underwater light source and the development of communication module are carried out,forming a complete underwater hyperspectral imager.The underwater hyperspectral imager has been used in the laboratory water tank experiment and outdoor underwater detection experiment.The reflection imaging and fluorescence imaging modes can be used to distinguish five kinds of algae,common marine garbage,enteromorpha,etc.Secondly,on the basis of push-broom imaging spectrometer,a dual-mode hyperspectral imager based on field-scan is developed,which realizes the staring scanning of the system and improves the imaging speed;the dual-mode(hyperspectral and intensity)imaging are realized by introducing beam splitter,and the two image planes are conjugate,which can realize fast object positioning and focusing,and apply it to the study of blood oxygen characteristics of human hand.The dual-mode imaging system is further improved into microscopic system and endoscopic system,which can be used to image and analyze the micro object(cell slices,algae,etc.)and narrow areas.Finally,based on the optical design of push-broom imaging spectrometer,the optical structure is simplified,and a hyperspectral imager based on smartphone is built with lightweight optical elements.The reflectance spectra of pork in different storage periods is collected by hand-held scanning method,and the quantitative calculation model of freshness(pH value)and spectra is established through machine learning algorithm,the accuracy can be close to 90%.The hyperspectral imaging technology and system developed above can be further applied to ocean exploration,food detection and other related research fields.
