The domestic high-grade cigarette packaging market of the heaven and earth cigarette case is growing rapidly.However,at present,the forming of the heaven and earth cigarette case mainly adopts low-speed machine,and the case forming speed is 30-45 cases per minute.The efficiency is low,which is far from meeting the needs of cigarette winding and packaging production.Therefore,it is an urgent need for the market to develop a set of high-speed automatic heaven and earth cigarette case forming equipment,which is of great significance to promote the development of the heaven and earth cigarette case packaging market.This topic relies on the college-enterprise cooperation heaven and earth cigarette case forming equipment development project,and designs the strip paperboard forming device in the overall equipment.The minimum speed requirement is 60 cases per minute.Firstly,the structural characteristics and forming quality requirements of the strip paperboard are analyzed in detail,and the design principle of the strip paperboard forming device is clarified.Combined with the overall process of the heaven and earth cigarette case forming,the strip paperboard forming process design is completed.Secondly,according to the process flow of the forming of the strip paperboard,the forming device of the strip paperboard is divided into five components : the strip paperboard feeding component,the clamping component,the internal mold feeding component,the push internal mold component and the hemming component,and the scheme analysis and structural design of each component are carried out.Thirdly,the cam mechanism of each component is designed by analytical method through Matlab software,and the cam is modeled in Solid Works.The kinematics simulation of each component is carried out by using Solid Works motion.The motion state of the component is analyzed,the motion parameters are obtained,and the installation position between the components is determined.The simulation results of the angular displacement kinematics of the cam follower are compared with the calculation results of Matlab.The results show that the error between the two is within a reasonable range,which verifies the rationality of the design of the cam mechanism.Finally,the ANSYS WORKBENCH / LS-DYNA is used to simulate the forming process of the strip paperboard.The results show that the stress of the strip paperboard does not exceed its yield limit,the surface is smooth without indentation,the stress at the crease does not exceed its maximum tensile stress,the crease is not torn,and the maximum warping distance of the strip paperboard joint is within the allowable range,which verifies the rationality of the structure and motion parameters of the strip paperboard forming device.By changing the structure and motion parameters,the forming process of the strip paperboard is simulated,and the simulation results are obtained,which provides a theoretical reference for the optimization of the device in the future.The on-site installation and commissioning of the strip paperboard forming device were completed.The device runs smoothly,the forming speed meets the design requirements,and the surface of the strip paperboard is smooth without indentation,the crease is not torn,the maximum warping distance of the joint is within the allowable range,and the forming quality is good.
