The investment budget of drilling system engineering is an important link for oilfield enterprises to strengthen investment control and operation management.The quality of investment calculation not only determines the feasibility and effectiveness of the development plan,but also has an important directional impact on the implementation and operation effect of the approved development plan.Aiming at the accuracy and timeliness of the drilling system engineering budget,combined with the actual situation of an oil field,this paper studies the drilling system engineering investment budget preparation system,compiles a standardized technical and economic data dictionary,establishes a database system,and forms a drilling system engineering investment budget management system,which solves the problems of inconsistent calculation standards of different units,nonstandard data system and high frequency of scheme adjustment,And the problems of scattered and non collection of block investment results data over the years.The main research work and results are as follows:1)A drilling system engineering investment budget preparation system based on incomplete parameter matching principle is established for the first time.Through the establishment of technical and economic data dictionary and big data benchmarking analysis,the budgetary estimation results are corrected,and the rapid budgetary estimation of WOB investment under the principle of incomplete parameter matching is realized,which lays the foundation for the digital intelligent transformation of the budgetary estimation system.2)The database system with sharing,easy expansion and strong compatibility has been innovatively established,and the functions of annual dynamic management of material price and standard well investment have been realized.3)Based on the research on the budget preparation system and the establishment of database,the investment budget management system software of drilling system engineering is constructed to verify the accuracy of budget preparation.Carrying out the WOB budget work efficiently and accurately will help the oilfield practice the national energy security strategy,ensure the positive pull of the new production capacity on the benefits,and is of great significance to realize the consideration of quantity and efficiency and lay a good offensive war of benefit development,which has a certain reference value for relevant oilfield enterprises.
