| The problems caused by strong reservoir heterogeneity such as short waterless recovery period of gas wells and water flooding of gas wells has seriously restricted the economic development benefits of gas Wells with high sulfur content in Puguang gas field.In recent years,AICD water control technology has been applied in a large number of trials and has become the main way of reservoir water control,but it is rarely applied in gas well water control,and the strong corrosion of high sulfur gas will affect the water control effect of AICD.In order to solve the above problems,this dissertation focuses on three aspects of research:(1)Based on the investigation of sulfur deposition mechanism and influencing factors,the force analysis of sulfur particles with different particle sizes in the fluid was carried out,the force model of sulfur particles was established,the critical suspension velocity of sulfur was calculated,and then the sulfur gas precipitation and deposition were evaluated by numerical simulation at this velocity.(2)Based on the density difference of gas-water two phases and Bernoulli equation,this paper which aiming at the problems existing in the present device optimizes the design based on floating valve-type AICD.The dynamic grid technology is used to realize the self-motion of the valve under force,and the water control performance is verified and evaluated by numerical simulation software(3)Based on the optimized design of AICD,the structural parameters of the device were optimized,including inlet and outlet diameter,valve blade diameter and thickness;In addition,aiming at the vibration problem caused by uneven force on the valve plate,the shape of the valve plate was optimized,and the force on the valve plate after optimization was verified by numerical simulation,which effectively reduced the impact of vibration on the valve plate.In addition,the sensitivity of fluid parameters,including formation pressure,natural gas density,natural gas viscosity,flow rate and water cut,was evaluated for the AICD,and the applicable scope of the device was obtained. |
