With the rapid development of scientific technology and the increasingly of human demanding for energy, our country has invested a lot of vigor in the energy development. In recent years, the northeast of Sichuan has developed a number of new gas reservoirs. These gas reservoirs have high production and rich in resources. However, due to corrosive of sour gas, highly toxic of hydrogen sulfide and deposition of sulfur, develop these reservoirs and transport high-sulfur gas are very difficult. The deposition of sulfur may reduce permeability and porosity, plug the wellbore, and blockage pipeline in the course of transmission, can also cause stop production. This is not only a huge loss to company, but also harm to the interests of the people. How to deal with the deposition of elemental sulfur in the pipeline has become a topic of hot discussion at home and abroad. Now, the dissolution methods of sulfur are chemical reacted, heated to melt and used solvent. This article use the method of adding sulfur solvent. On the basis of usual single sulfur solvents, my experiment find out a new type of sulfur solvent, the solvent has a characteristic of high solubility, economic and environmental when deal with the sulfur deposition problem in the gas pipeline processing of high sulfur gas.At first, eight dissolving sulfur performance of single sulfur solvent are measured. Through the experiment, I find the law of solubility. Carbon disulfide(19.4927g)>20%aqueous solution of sodium(8.3759g)>dieselfuel(1.1295g)>petroleum ether (0.7913g)>triethylenetetramine(0.8786g)>carbontetrachloride(0.7611g)>ethanolamin e(0.6824g)>acetone(0.591g). Due to their higher solubility of sulfur among physical solvent, I choose the CS2and diesel to the compound. Compare the results of orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment, come to the conclusion that, the ratio of CS2and diesel was7.5:2.5, reaction temperature was42℃and reaction time was70minutes. In this optimal conditions, the solubility of sulfur was8.1421g, dissolved sulfur was19.54%. Then choose the highest solubility physical-chemical solvent to mix, determination of the solubility in the best conditions. The optimum conditions were as follow. the ratio of CS2and20%aqueous solution of sodium sulfide was95:5, reaction temperature was37℃and reaction time was30minutes. In this optimal conditions, the solubility of sulfur was29.3782g, dissolved sulfur was75.97%.At last Physical-chemical solvent and a new type of sulfur solvent mixture, it has the highest melting sulfur rate. The optimum conditions were as follow. the ratio of CS2,20%aqueous solution of sodium sulfide and the new sulfur solvent was 7.4:0.4:2.2, reaction temperature was37℃and reaction time was50minutes. In this optimal conditions, the solubility of sulfur was42.9908g, dissolved sulfur was100%.My experiment has certain industrial propects.
