The Caishi crude oil pipeline system,was originally designed to transport crude oil from Cainan Oilfield to Karamay through Shixi.In recent years,with the change in oilfield production and adjustment of oil sources,the Caishi Line has been adjusted to reverse oil transportation from Shixi to Cainan(hereinafter referred to as Shicai Line).Heating and other methods maintain the operation of the pipeline,and the cost of oil transportation increases significantly.This paper studies the conventional heating of the Shicai pipeline and the intermittent transportation process before and after adding gel point depressant,hoping to provide a reference for the energy saving and consumption reduction of the pipeline.After investigation and analysis of the current situation of Shicai crude oil pipeline,the physical properties and rheological experimental tests of Lu Shi crude oil were completed,and the SPS simulation model of the forward and intermittent transportation process of Shicai crude oil pipeline has been constructed.The simulation model is verified with reference to actual production data.Based on the SPS simulation model,the intermittent transportation process of Shicai crude oil pipeline is simulated,and it is found that in a complete intermittent cycle,the temperature change of the incoming oil is divided into four parts: temperature drop section and slow,rapid and stable temperature rise section.Taking the shutdown time,running time,and delivery volume in the intermittent period as the influencing factors,the influence on the recovery process of the temperature at the station was comprehensively analyzed,and the recovery law of the temperature at the station before and after adding the gel point depressant,and recommended whole year operating plan. |
