In different degree,the throughput of some crude oil pipelines is low in domestic and international.The energy conservation technology of low throughput pipelines is mainly heat treatment,pour point depressant,adding drag reducer,intermittent transportation.At present,the energy conservation technology of low throughput pipelines in domestic is mainly heat treatment and pour point depressant.Modification can significantly improve the flow performance of crude oil,but the domestic research on the technology of reducing agent is not very mature.So the promotion of the pour point is still need to be further studied.The intermittent transportation mainly involves the calculation of the time of stop and start.In order to reduce the energy consumption,the pig and the pigging period should be optimized based on the characteristics of the heat and hydraulic of the pipeline.Since the beginning of production,the Western China Crude Oil Pipeline,by which there are many varieties of crude oil with big difference in physical property,has been running for a long time.Based on the analysis of the rheological property of the crude oil and the integrated heat treatment,combined with the parameters such as the ground temperature along pipeline and the heat transfer coefficient,the thermodynamic and hydraulic load are calculated by the STONER simulation software in accordance with the continuous transportation and intermittent transportation,under 500 million tons per year,660 million tons per year,750 million tons per year.On the basis of research results,safety and energy conservation,and comprehensive evaluation of the energy conservation effect of each program,the energy conservation operation scheme of the western crude oil pipeline is concluded as follows:Throughput at 3.4 million tons per year,intermittent transportation meet stop oil temperature above the freezing point of 5?,but intermittent transportation security need by restart safety analysis further evaluation.Throughput at 5 million tons per year,using the solution which mixed oil with Xinjiang oil,Kazakhstan oil,Tarim oil is intermittently transported,with the first station 55 ?comprehensive treatment,cooling to 40 before out of the station,and the rest of the station ?work at room temperature.Throughput at 6.6 million tons per year,using the solution which mixed oil(a total of 5 million tons per year)with Xinjiang oil,Tarim oil,Kazakhstan oil and 1.6 million tons per year of Tuha oil continuously transported,with Shanshan first station 55 comprehensive ?treatment,cooling to 40 before out of the station,and the rest of the station wo? rk at room temperature.Throughput at 7.5 million tons per year,using the solution which mixed oil with Xinjiang oil,Tarim oil,Kazakhstan oil,Tuha Oil is continuously or intermittently transported.Shanshan first station adopt comprehensive treatment,with Shanshan first station 55 ?comprehensive treatment,cooling to 40 before out of the station,and the rest of the station ?work at room temperature.
