| The cost control of offshore oil platform is an important part of the cost control and evaluation of offshore oil and gas field development,and it is an important basis to ensure the benefits of oilfield development.The development of Lv Da 6-2 oilfield in Bohai Bay is at the trough of oil price.On the premise of meeting the service requirements,analyzing the main control factors of offshore oil platform cost and realizing the fine management of platform construction and installation cost is of great significance to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of the oilfield and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,it is urgent to study the key influencing factors and control methods of the cost of Bohai Lv Da 6-2 oil platform.Starting with the analysis of the main cost control factors of offshore oil platform,this thesis systematically studies the cost composition and distribution of the whole life cycle of offshore oil and gas platform design,construction and installation,and summarizes the cost control and management methods of offshore platform.Taking full account of the operation risk of Lv Da 6-2 oilfield in Bohai Sea,combined with hydrological conditions(wind,wave,drift ice),corrosion environment and other factors,the wind,wave,ice load and corrosion assessment of offshore oil platform are carried out by using the method of theoretical research,the main extreme values of wind,wave,current and ice in different return periods are obtained,and the overall structure and local strength of the existing Lv Da 6-2 oil platform are checked.The static and dynamic load models of Lv Da 6-2 platform pile foundation are established.Through the finite element analysis method,the platform strength and pile foundation stability are analyzed,and the platform construction and installation design scheme is formed.Through the analysis of the design,construction and installation cost of Lv Da 6-2 platform project,it is considered that the cost of offshore oil platform project includes deterministic and uncertain factors.The deterministic factors are mainly affected by the parameters such as single structure characteristics,structural tonnage,single quantity,installation mode and water depth.The uncertain factors are the lack of technical level,construction experience and management experience of on-site construction personnel,as well as the price of main materials In the analysis of the construction cost of Lv Da 6-2 platform,according to the earned value and PDCA cost control method,the cost control method considering structural optimization is proposed.In the analysis of the installation cost of the platform,the cost control method combining improving the construction scheme and strengthening emergency management is proposed to control the cost from three aspects: technical scheme,management method and personnel incentive,The cost control result is lower than the predicted cost,and the economical construction and installation of Lv Da 6-2 oil platform is realized.The research of this thesis has strong guiding significance for the design,construction,installation and cost control of Lv Da 6-2 oil platform.The formed cost control method can be used as a reference for the cost control of similar offshore oil platforms,and has certain popularization value. |
