| At present,Spherical tank area has occurred too much lifting accidents,great social response.There are some problems in the dangerous chemical tank area,such as unclear evolution process of disaster accident,emergency disposal scheme not close combination with quantitative consequences,and too empirical disposal scheme in emergency state.Therefore,carrying out three-dimensional quantitative assessment of propylene spherical tank area is great significance to predict the impact range of accidents and guide the formulation of emergency response plans.In this paper,Dalian Petrochemical propylene spherical tank area is taken as the research object.Firstly,the risk analysis of the tank area is carried out,The three-dimensional solid geometry model of propylene spherical tank area is constructed by KFX software.Considering the leakage aperture,leakage location,leakage direction,wind speed,wind direction,topography and other factors,27 leakage scenarios diffusion and 60 fire scenarios numerical simulation are carried out.The development law of gas cloud,the volume change of gas cloud under each leakage condition,the variation and influence range of fire thermal radiation are obtained.Secondly,based on the simulation results of fire consequences,the impact of jet fire hazard on the operator is analyzed by event tree analysis method.The risk value of the operator in propylene tank area was calculated to be 8.28×10-4/year,and the average risk value of the individual was 2.87×10-4/year,which was in the risk tolerance area.The safety protection measures and suggestions for propylene tank area were put forward.Finally,the fire emergency disposal scheme of propylene spherical tank area is studied and analyzed.Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation model of fire emergency disposal scheme of propylene spherical tank area is established,and the weak links are found out.The quantitative consequences are closely combined with the emergency disposal scheme,which provides more operational and scientific optimization suggestions for the existing emergency disposal scheme.The research results play a guiding role in the accident prevention and prediction and emergency management of the tank area,and help to improve the operability and pertinence of the on-site emergency disposal scheme,and improve the emergency disposal ability of enterprises. |
