| With the heavy and deteriorating trend of crude oil increasingly,the proportion of heavy oil is higher and the quality is worse.The residue slurry bed hydrothermal conversion process aimed at the green and efficient conversion of inferior residual oil,which has become the focus of the major oil companies in the development of heavy oil to light fraction conversion process.It is of great significance to study the kinetics of hydrothermal conversion of inferior residual oil and establish the corresponding lumped reaction kinetic model for predicting product distribution,optimizing process conditions and improving reactor.In this paper,the vacuum residue processed by Maoming Petrochemical is used as the raw material(referred to as Maoming residue).The residue hydrothermal conversion experiment was carried out in a batch autoclave by using dispesed Mo castalyst independently developed by the laboratory.The effects of different reaction temperature,initial hydrogen pressure and reaction time on the products distribution ofresidue and the hydrogenation reaction law were studied.The results show that different reaction conditions have different effects on the Maoming residue slurry bed hydrocracking,and the temperature is the main factor.Based on the experimental data of Maoming residue hydrothermal conversion,the reaction system is divided into five lumped components: gas,gasoline,diesel fuel,gas oil and residue.The five lumped kinetic model is established and the reaction network is constructed.According to the model,using Runge Kutta method and least square method to estimate the kinetic model parameters.By optimizing and debugging Matlab software program,the dynamics parameters at different temperatures are obtained.The model is verified according to the experimental data of Maoming residue under the condition of 415 ℃ and 9 MPa.The results show that most of the estimation errors of maoming residue are less than 10%,and some of them are more than 10%.The five lumped models can predict the variation trend of production yield well.Finally,the adaptability of raw materials is studied,the hydrocracking conversion reaction characteristics and kinetics law of Maoming residue and Aoguanjie residue are studied by changing the properties of residue materials.The study show that Aoguanjie residue is superior to Maoming residue in hydrocracking process,and the two residues show similarity in the influence of the kinetic model,but there are certain differences in the specific reaction path,and the difference in the properties of raw materials causes differences in kinetics. |
