Fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)is one of the most important conversion processes used in petroleum refineries.Based on the reaction mechanism and product distribution characteristics in residue fluid catalytic cracking(RFCC)process,a 12-lumped reaction network for RFCC process is constructed and the mathematical expression of the kinetic model equation is established.The kinetic parameters of the model are solved by combining Runge-Kutta method and the BFGS algorithm.The software of 12-lumped kinetic model for RFCC process is developed by JavaScript,the visual interface is developed by HTML and CSS.The model software is intuitive and clear,it can be operated very easily.The model software has the functions of kinetic parameter estimation and product prediction.Based on the experimental data from a small riser FCC unit,57 kinetic parameters for the model were solved by the model software.The analysis results for the parameters show good consistent with the reaction rules and characteristics of heavy oil catalytic cracking.The relative error of model prediction is less than 5%which shows that the lumped reaction network is reasonable,the model is reliable,the numerical methods used in the lumped model software is also reliable and the software can meet the calculation requirement of the model.
