Organic heat transfer fluids is a general term for organic heat transfer medium with good performance.The production and use of domestic organic heat carriers are mainly mineral-based,and the quality of products varies,so it is necessary to develop high quality medium and high temperature organic heat transfer fluids according to market demand and industry standards to provide sufficient and efficient products for the domestic market.In this paper,cycloalkyl lubricant base oils produced by a petrochemical company are used as raw materials,and the base oils are screened and evaluated according to the organic heat transfer fluids product standards.In order to obtain base oils that meet the standards,the influence law of base oilⅣdistillation range on open flash point,acid value and viscosity is investigated,and according to the research law the initial distillation point is in the range of 319.7℃~379.3℃,the open flash point of base oilⅣreaches 180℃and meet the acid value not higher than 0.05mg KOH/g,40℃kinematic viscosity not higher than 40 mm~2/s index requirements.On this basis,the hydrocarbon composition was further optimized,and a base oil blending scheme ofⅣ:Ⅷ=7:3 was determined to obtain a base oil blend with a self-ignition point of300℃.On top of this mixed base oil system,the influence of additive type and addition amount on the performance of base oil was investigated,and the L-QB 300 mineral type organic heat transfer fluids compound formula consisting of 97.7%mixed base oil(Ⅳ:Ⅷ=7:3),0.5%compound antioxidant(B+E),0.3%detergent G and 1.5%dispersant K was established through performance evaluation test.Based on the composite formula established in the laboratory,the industrial trial production was carried out and 480 tons of organic heat transfer fluids products were produced and replaced in the heating system of oil tank area of a petrochemical company.According to the 5-month follow-up evaluation,the product had good performance and proved that the L-QB 300 mineral type organic heat transfer fluids composite formula was effective and feasible.
