In the field of oil and gas pipeline network,large-scale data sets have been generated in the process of daily production and operation.The effective display and exploration of these data is of great significance for mastering the operation state of pipeline network and optimizing the operation process of pipeline network.However,due to such data has the characteristics of high-density and multi-dimensional,spatial and temporal multi-scale,and complex association relationship,the existing data display methods in the field can not effectively meet the demands of comprehensive and in-depth exploration of data.In addition,The existing general visualization tools are not well suited to the specificity of the oil and gas pipeline network field,and there are problems such as long construction period and low efficiency when visualizing such data.To this end,this thesis refines visualization tasks based on domain requirements,designs a set of requirements-oriented visualization components in terms of task dimensions such as time sequence,space and parameters,and builds a component-based tool for the oil and gas pipeline network domain,PVis Tk(Pipeline Visualization Toolkits).Aiming at the problems of complex visualization construction process and difficult data processing in the field of oil and gas pipeline network,this thesis abstracts the visualization pipeline and data model;Aiming at the problems of complex development work,the component structure is abstractly designed combined with visual pipeline to enhance the reusability and scalability of each part of the component;Finally,based on the above work,several visual components are designed and implemented for domain requirements.Among them,To address the problem of long time span and high dimensionality of data which is difficult to display intuitively,a long-time operation overview component,time series trend and probability density display component are designed to display and explore the long time operation status of the pipe network.In response to the problems of complex pipe network operation status and difficult management and control,the working condition display and model evaluation component is designed to display the working condition distribution of the network in order to improve the efficiency of network operation and management.For the problem of wide spatial distribution of pipeline network,it is difficult to quickly grasp the operation situation along the pipeline,and pipeline geographic distribution visualization component is designed to integrate geospatial information,and an oil batch distribution tracking component and a multiple measuring points operation display component are designed to support the dynamic display of the operation situation along the pipeline;in addition,aiming at the problem of complex data association in the pipeline network,a point-by-point correlation display component and a measuring points partition display component are designed to explore the correlation relationships from both parameter and spatial perspectives to support the optimization of the control process.Based on the above research,this thesis applied PVis Tk to the real case development,proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the key components in PVis Tk in domain-oriented application,and further verified the high availability of PVis Tk through user feedback and tool comparison.
