Integration And Demonstration Application Of Green Farmland Engineering Technology System

As one of the most precious natural resources,farmland is the material basis for human survival.The country regards the construction of high-standard farmland as a key measure to implement the strategy of "storing grain in technology and storing grain in land" to improve comprehensive agricultural production capacity and ensure national food security.At present,the four-level farmland construction planning system of the country,province,city,and county has been completed.At the same time,the layout area for high-standard farmland construction has been clarified,and efforts have been concentrated to build high-standard farmland in permanent basic farmland protection areas,grain production functional areas,and important agricultural product production protection areas.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the basic strategy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it was clearly stated that "coordinating the management of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grass systems and the construction of a beautiful China,and the construction of ecological civilization is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation",The state further proposed in the "Opinions on Effectively Strengthening the Construction of High-standard Farmland to Improve National Food Security Capabilities" : "Carry out demonstrations of green farmland construction,promote the improvement of cultivated land quality protection,ecological conservation,and agricultural production.The organic integration of non-point source pollution prevention and rural ecological improvement can improve the ecological function of farmland.” The country launched a demonstration of green farmland construction in 2020,selected 6 pilot provinces for green farmland demonstration construction,and explored the construction of an upgraded version of high-standard farmland in green farmland demonstration areas.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out and improve the basic connotation of green farmland,improve the index system of green farmland construction,and explore the integration and demonstration research of ecological technology for green farmland construction,so as to realize the improvement of cultivated land quality protection,ecological water conservation and efficient utilization,comprehensive prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution and pastoral The organic integration of ecological quality improvement has become an urgent need for high-standard green farmland construction to improve farmland ecological functions.However,at present,the country is still in the exploratory and pilot stage of green farmland construction,and has not yet formed a complete theoretical system of green farmland planning and construction,an ecological construction engineering technology system,and an analysis and evaluation method system.Yunnan Province is one of the six pilot provinces for green farmland construction in the country.The pilot demonstration work has been highly valued by governments and departments at all levels.The first green farmland demonstration construction project landed in the demonstration area of Songming County,Kunming.The demonstration area was determined after demonstration.Green farmland construction should focus on solving the three major problems of agricultural non-point source pollution of farmland ecology,biodiversity decline of farmland system and homogenization of farmland landscape while meeting the national high-standard farmland general standard integration.On the basis of sorting out the basic concepts and connotations of green farmland,this paper explores the construction of green farmland ecological engineering construction technology system,makes economic comparison and selection of the main ecological engineering construction technical schemes proposed,and initially completes the integration of green farmland ecological engineering technology system system research.Taking Songming County National Green Farmland Demonstration Project as a case study,the main research results are as follows:(1)The basic concept of green farmland is based on the sustainable development of modern green agriculture,with the organic coordination of "soil-water-crop-ecology" as the core,through the comprehensive use of science and technology and management methods,A farmland management model that realizes the high efficiency,economy and environmental friendliness of farmland production.(2)The connotation of green farmland construction includes the main construction contents of green farmland industry construction,green farmland engineering and green farmland culture.(3)The main technical system of green farmland ecological engineering construction includes seven major projects of green farmland ecological field engineering,ecological water source engineering,ecological irrigation and drainage engineering,ecological road network engineering,ecological energy demonstration engineering,ecological landscape engineering and integrated dynamic detection engineering and cultivated land Five core technologies: quality protection and improvement technology,high-efficiency water-saving and emission-reduction technology,ecosystem reconstruction technology,dynamic monitoring technology,and comprehensive management technology.(4)The economic comparison and selection of the main ecological engineering construction technical schemes of green farmland is mainly through the calculation,analysis and demonstration of the relevant economic indicators,project content,and unit engineering quantity of the photovoltaic water lifting project,ecological ditch project,and ecological road project in the demonstration area.Optimizing the integration scheme of green farmland ecological engineering technology system.(5)Taking the National Green Farmland Demonstration Construction Project in Songming County,Yunnan Province as an example,the optimization work of the integration scheme of the green farmland ecological engineering technology system in the Songming demonstration zone was completed.
