Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Operation Problems Of Sewage Treatment Services Of X Company

In China,Sewage treatment serices were first implemented and promoted in the cities,and gradually popularized to township.However,unlike cities,township sewage treatment services were in its infancy nationwide,which were difficult to operate and charge,thus affecting the healthy operation of sewage treatment services.Through literature survey,it is found that there are few reports about sewage treatment services for township in China.Based on this,this paper conducts a regional study on the operation status of sewage treatment services of X Company in Xiangyang City,analyzes the problems of X Company in operation,and the willingness to pay of users by the use of data survey and status analysis.This paper probes into the main factors influencing the sewage treatment service of X Company,and puts forward corresponding operation optimization countermeasures.First of all,On the basis of the market price of sewage treatment,random utility theory and willingness to pay theory,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of users’ willingness to pay.Secondly,this paper analyzed the development status of the charging of sewage treatment services in X Company in Xiangyang.Including the analysis of return mechanism,charging standard and sewage treatment services operation.Expounded current situation of operation and management of X Company’s sewage treatment service and the 2021 collection data of X Company’s sewage treatment services is collected to provide a basis for the analysis of operational problems and the study of users’ willingness to pay.Then analyzed and summarized the problems existing in the operation of sewage treatment services of X Company,including the low pricing,unreasonable composition of sewage treatment services cost,blocked user payment channels,low proportion of user payment,and ineffective facility management measures,which lead to the difficulties in the operation of sewage treatment services of X Company.The countermeasures are proposed based on the problems existing in the sewage treatment services of X company and the influencing factors of users’ willingness to pay.The problems faced by X Company’s sewage treatment services will be gradually improved by means of charging pilot projects in towns with better economic level,scientific price adjustment mechanism for supervision,joint construction and governance with local governments,strengthening infrastructure construction and supervision,and strengthening environmental awareness publicity in various forms.It is expected that this paper can strengthen the users’ awareness of environmental protection,adjust the charging standard of sewage treatment services,and promote the establishment of charging system and facilitate the long-term maintenance of sewage treatment system.
