Study On Xi Jinping’s Ecological Concept Of People’s Livelihood

Since the Party’s 18 th National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has paid great attention to the importance of the environment for people’s livelihood,and has penetrated the concept of green development into the whole process of ecological civilization construction.As an important part of Xi Jinping’s idea on people’s livelihood,the concept of ecological people’s livelihood inflects the great wisdom of integrating ecology and people’s livelihood which is also a vital content of establishing an ecological landscape of China’s road to modernization with harmonious coexistence between human and nature.Based on the development needs of the times and taking "ecological people’s livelihood" as the research object,this paper focus on the valuable experience in the construction of ecological people’s livelihood with well understanding the main content and theoretical innovation of Xi Jinping’s concept on ecological people’s livelihood.Xi Jinping’s concept of ecological people’s livelihood is put forward under the realistic background of solving the current problems about ecological people’s livelihood at home and abroad and meeting the needs of people’s ecological people’s livelihood,which flexibly uses Marxist theory and China’s fine traditional culture and innovates the past concepts of the leaders of CPC on ecological people’s livelihood.The content of Xi Jinping’s ecological people’s livelihood mainly involves development requirements,value orientation,value pursuit,major projects,safety cornerstones,etc.Specifically,good ecology is the natural prerequisite for people to carry out production and life and the most preferential well-being of people.It is necessary to enhance people’s sense of happiness under the premise of respecting and conforming to nature;Ecological equity is the proper meaning of ecological people’s livelihood and a new growth point in people’s lives.Ecological governance is a basic project of ecological people’s livelihood.Ecology is taken as a major event by starting the battle of pollution prevention and control.Ecological security is the bottom line to ensure ecological people’s livelihood.These contents vividly reflect the distinctive characteristics of Xi Jinping’s concept on ecological people’s livelihood,namely,people,development,science and integrity.The practical direction of implementing ecological people’s livelihood should be oriented toward the overall situation and guided by Xi Jinping’s concept of ecological people’s livelihood,mainly including accelerating the improvement of the system and building a strong barrier for the ecological people’s livelihood;improving green production capacity to promote development;boosting it with the red line of ecological protection,and improving the quality of people with ecological culture;and actively devoted to global ecological practice to build a green homeland that the world is looking forward to.Xi Jinping’s concept of ecological people’s livelihood answers major question such as the new connotation of ecological people’s livelihood and how to build it in the new historical coordinates,which embodies the people-centered development idea,and is of great value for the modernization of ecological people’s livelihood that realizes harmonious coexistence between human and nature.From a theoretical point of view,it is a major innovation of Marx’s view of nature and the masses,expanding the theoretical vision of Marxist ecological people’s livelihood,explaining the fundamental purpose of the Communist Party of China to serve the people,promoting the development of the theoretical system of ecological people’s livelihood of the Communist Party of China,and deepening the understanding the law of constructing the socialist ecological people’s livelihood.At the practical level,it is conducive to improving the governance ability of the Communist Party of China,providing a guide for developing a beautiful China and a Chinese model for the construction of ecological people’s livelihood for the whole world.
