Compensation System Design Of HS Company Based On Broadband Compensation Theory

The textile and chemical fiber industry is an important part of my country’s national economy.It has played a very important role in my country’s political,economic and cultural development.It is also an advantageous industry with high competitiveness in international competition.At the same time,the textile and chemical fiber industry,as a labor-intensive and capital-intensive industry,plays a pivotal role in prospering the market economy,expanding the employment population,improving the national income level,and promoting the development of urbanization.Under the increasingly fierce international competition,if an enterprise wants to develop in the long term,it must start with human resource management,especially seek breakthroughs and innovations in salary management.Based on the relevant theories and research methods of salary management,this paper takes HS Company as the case study and analysis object,and conducts specific analysis and in-depth research on the current salary management status of HS Company,and uses the advanced concept of broadband salary theory to complete the implementation of broadband salary.Premise,broadband salary design principles,job analysis,job value evaluation,determination of salary structure,design of broadband salary levels,and an operable broadband salary design plan.Finally,after a period of implementation,it is concluded that before introducing the new broadband salary system,it is necessary to study the adaptability of corporate culture and broadband salary,and whether the current development strategy of the enterprise matches the demand for broadband salary.It has certain reference and reference significance for the introduction of broadband salary system in the textile and chemical fiber industry.
