Traffic accidents caused by damage to transportation infrastructure are characterized by high destructiveness,difficulty in rescue,and high fatality rate.Monitoring the service condition of transportation infrastructure based on multiple intelligent sensors and providing timely warning of safety hazards has become the main method of transportation safety management,and diagnosing the structural safety status of transportation infrastructure through intelligent sensing signals and improving service performance and resilience are hot issues of research at home and abroad.In order to realize the effective analysis of structural response signal characteristics of transportation infrastructure,this paper firstly proposes a multi-source sensing data preprocessing and signal analysis method to remove data errors and null values;then,SavitzkyGolay(SG)smoothing is used to effectively remove signal burrs;subsequently,wavelet transform and Hilbert yellow transform are used to noise reduce the data,and multiple signal evaluation indexes are used to In addition,Kalman filtering is used to fuse multiple sensor signals to improve the accuracy and validity of the signals,and Monte Carlo is used for simulation verification.-Hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to complete the assessment of the safety operation of transportation infrastructure.The main conclusions obtained from the study are:(1)As the JGX-1’s smoothing effect for example,the signal-to-noise ratio,root mean square error and smoothing degree of SG smoothing are better than other algorithms by 22%,40% and 15% or so,respectively;(2)In wavelet noise reduction,the noise reduction data with different wavelet basis functions,decomposition scales and threshold functions can be different;(3)The Kalman filter algorithm has good applicability for the fusion of multiple sensor signals;(4)This paper uses the early warning situation of each monitoring project as the data support of the affiliation matrix in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and evaluates the safety warning status of each monitoring project more objectively;(5)It is no warning for The evaluation results of the safety operation status of bridge A,tunnel B and roadbed slope C.However,all three have some monitoring items reaching or exceeding the yellow warning threshold.Through the study of response signal processing and early warning for the safety of transportation infrastructure in service,timely maintenance and repair of the monitored early warning locations can be carried out to avoid further damage to the transportation infrastructure and to guarantee the safety and comfort of the transportation participants.The safety early warning research method proposed in this paper can provide a good reference for the digital maintenance and service performance improvement and life extension of transportation infrastructure.
