Optimal Design Of Patients’ Uniform

Hospital gowns is a uniform worn by patients during hospitalization.High quality hospital gowns can alleviate psychological stress and improve anxiety to a certain extent.Through literature research,comparative analysis,and field research,this study summarizes the shortcomings of hospital gowns,such as uninteresting patterns and colors,lack of regional characteristics,single style,low fit,hardened and damaged fabrics,and poor functionality.In view of the existing problems in the current hospital gowns,this article takes the hospital gowns in Quanzhou area as an example to optimize the design of universal hospital gown,especially the design of herpes zoster care clothing with special functions,and the production and evaluation of new hospital gown.First of all,in the design of color patterns,light purple and light blue are used as the main colors,combining the urban flower of Quanzhou City-Erythrina with water wave patterns and auspicious cloud patterns,and creating a series of Quanzhou Erythrina flower patterns.Secondly,in terms of style design,the general hospital gowns draw on the Han style,making openings in the front,middle,leg,and side of the clothing,as well as partial designs such as waist,collar,and pocket details;According to the treatment methods for herpes zoster patients,the front clothing piece is designed with a parting line and a bandage,while the back is designed with a parting line and a bandage at the Jiaji acupoint.Then,the virtual fitting is performed on it using CLO 3D to simulate the pressure map and contact point map to predict the wearing comfort.Thirdly,we continue to use the Quanzhou Erythrina flower series pattern to design masks,eye masks,and pillows to improve the overall aesthetics of the patient clothing.Further,in terms of fabric selection,the design of a new type of patient’ clothing was made by using pure cotton fabric for conventional hospital gown and warp knitted fabrics for tactile comfort,flexibility,breathability,and moisture permeability experiments.It was found that warp knitted fabrics had excellent performance in various aspects.Therefore,three sets of new universal hospital gowns and a herpes zoster garment were produced using warp knitted fabrics.Finally,15 patients were invited to wear a new universal medical uniform and a conventional Patient’clothing for subjective evaluation;Invite 15 patients to wear herpes zoster clothing and conventional patient’ clothing for a comparative evaluation of the host and guest,and invite 10 doctors and 10 nurses to conduct subjective evaluations from a professional perspective.The results show that:(1)The color,pattern,appearance,style,color,and pattern of the new universal medical number clothing are better than those of the conventional patient’ clothing,among which,in terms of functionality,the improvement effect of confidentiality,convenience,protection,identification,decoration,and practicality is better;(2)The herpes zoster clothing is more comfortable and convenient to wear and take off than conventional hospital gowns,and has some improvement in protecting privacy,but further research is needed.
