A Study Of Safety Management Of XY Steel Rolling Plant Of Angang

As a manufacturing enterprise,the most important task is production,so production management is as significant to production enterprises as fish can’t live without water.Angang has provided sufficient power for the giant ship of China’s iron and steel manufacturing industry.XY steel rolling plant of Angang plays an important role as the last process of this kind of steel products.But in recent years,due to the state’s attention to heavy industry,Angang’s production speed has gradually accelerated,which has led to the gradual increase of safety risks and casualties.Safety management is as essential as eyes for XY rolling plant of Angang.By recognizing the current situation of safety management organization level,personnel structure and emergency system of Angang XY rolling plant,and according to the causes of typical safety production accidents in Angang XY rolling plant,and combined with the actual situation of the unit,this thesis formulates an interview outline to conduct interviews with some employees of Angang XY rolling plant on the problems existing in safety management.By analyzing the contents obtained from the interview and comparing the causes of safety accidents in the unit,we can get the specific existing problems of safety management.Based on the theory of accident rules and combined with the actual situation of the unit,we can put forward targeted solutions,and issue and implement the contents of the plan in the form of political documents of the rolling plant to ensure the implementation of the plan.This thesis studies and improves the safety management of the target enterprise through case analysis and interview.According to the research,the following problems exist in the safety management of XY rolling plant of Angang: 1.Management personnel of operation area does not pay attention to the safety management.2.Team management personnel do not pay attention to safety management.3.The safety awareness of post staff is low,and there is illegal operation phenomenon.In view of the problems existing in the safety management of XY rolling plant of Angang,this thesis introduces the corresponding solutions:(1)Strengthen the safety awareness of the whole staff.(2)Implement four level safety management spot inspection.(3)Standardize and improve team safety management.(4)Strengthen the safety management of operation area.
