The temperature setting of the traditional heating furnace relies on the thermocouple of the furnace body and the experience of the workers.Ignoring the production characteristics of the heating furnace and the heating process of the production slab,the slab heating quality is poor,the furnace temperature is not up to standard,and even affects the subsequent rough rolling production.Based on the above problems,the structural characteristics of the walking-beam reheating furnace and the heating process of stainless steel slab are taken as the research objects,and then the mathematical model of temperature calculation and setting is established according to the experimental results of ’black box ’,so as to realize the online prediction of the change trend of the actual furnace temperature on the basis of the input of the furnace temperature setting model,and put into field application.Firstly,the production characteristics of walking beam furnace and pusher furnace are compared and analyzed,and the heating process of stainless steel in different series is analyzed.The measurable data of thermocouple,walking beam and furnace body size of walking beam heating furnace are summarized to provide key parameters for subsequent mathematical model calculation.At the same time,the stainless steel slab series and heating regulations produced by a factory are given.The thermal process conditions of different stainless steel series such as heating temperature,heating speed and loading temperature are analyzed.Finally,the furnace temperature setting values under different production modes are given according to field experience.Secondly,combined with the ’ black box ’ test results,the mathematical model of stainless steel in walking beam furnace is constructed : slab target curve model,furnace gas temperature distribution model,slab temperature prediction model and furnace temperature setting model.Compared with the experimental results of ’ black box ’,the slab target curve proposes that different target discharge temperatures should be set on different sides of the heating furnace.The furnace gas temperature curve considers the deviation between the thermocouple temperature of the furnace body and the temperature of the furnace gas on the upper surface of the slab.The slab temperature prediction model takes the adjusted furnace gas temperature as the boundary condition to correct the total heat absorption rate of the interval.The furnace temperature setting model also takes the adjusted slab target curve as the boundary condition to correct the comprehensive radiation heat transfer coefficient of the characteristic point.Finally,based on the furnace body sensor data and model calculation data,a set of walking beam furnace secondary system software is constructed.Dynamically collect or calculate key data for on-site real-time working conditions,and predict the trend of the set curve and the actual curve of the furnace temperature for the on-site workers.While retaining the manual adjustment of the furnace temperature operation,the model parameters such as the total heat absorption rate and the comprehensive radiation heat transfer coefficient adjustment function are added to facilitate the optimization of the temperature control system and improve the intelligent level of human-computer interaction.Based on the above research contents,the process of on-line prediction of furnace temperature and billet temperature through mathematical model not only provides data reference for on-site workers to regulate furnace temperature and billet temperature,but also makes slab more in line with heating process and furnace temperature requirements.All data are displayed on the secondary system software platform,which is convenient for on-site workers to intuitively understand the longitudinal law of furnace temperature and billet temperature inside the heating furnace,and provides the best setting data for stabilizing rolling process,improving heating efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
