| The flexible bending processing center is a high-end,precise and cutting-edge mechanical equipment for flexible bending of plates.The flexible bending processing center is a mechatronics product with complex structure,which should satisfy the requirements of high degree of automation and high reliability.At this stage,the mechanical structure production of domestic flexible bending machining centers has become mature,but most of the special CNC systems use imported CNC systems.In order to break the monopoly of foreign countries and improve the technical security and product competitiveness of domestic related fields,this paper conducts related research in the field of independent development of special CNC systems for flexible bending machining centers.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The motion control problem of multi axis linkage flexible bending machining center.The mechanical structure characteristics of the flexible bending machining center is analyzed,the mainstream solutions of the CNC system hardware architecture is compared,the control requirements of the flexible bending machining center is studied,the CNC system hardware platform is designed and implemented,to achieve accurate and automatic control of the machining center.(2)Implementation of flexible sheet metal processing technology Analyze the corresponding relationship between the processing angle and the forming angle of the V-shaped bending to achieve accurate forming of the V-shaped bending process;Analyze the influence of plate thickness fluctuation and deformation zone size on the blank holding process to achieve accurate forming of the blank holding process;Analyze the processing interference problem of circular edge machining to achieve accurate forming of circular edge machining;Analyze plate clamping and fixing accuracy issues to ensure plate processing accuracy;Analyze the edge changing and processing problems of special-shaped plates to achieve special-shaped plate processing;Analyze the motion smoothness and interference issues of complete sheet metal processing,achieve flexible sheet metal processing of "single loading and complete forming",and solve key technical issues of sheet metal processing in CNC systems.(3)Automatic correction of NC code bending amount.Construct a onedimensional residuals transfer learning network to analyze the relationship between material characteristics,material thickness,and bending angle and the final bending angle,providing a theoretical basis for realizing the correction of bending angle for plates of different materials and thicknesses without trial bending and adjustment processes in CNC systems.(4)Program implementation issues for dedicated CNC systems.Aiming at the basic design concept of dedicated CNC systems that are easy to operate,complete in function,reliable in performance,high in machining accuracy,and user-friendly in human-computer interaction,a CNC system with integrated machining and auxiliary functions and an operating interface is designed and implemented. |
