With the rapid development of cities,the core land of cities is becoming increasingly scarce,and a large number of deep excavation pits have been developed and popularized.As a complex system engineering,the construction safety of deep foundation pits is closely related to multiple factors such as support schemes,geological and hydrological conditions,construction methods,surrounding environment,climate conditions,etc.,and there is great uncertainty.With the increase in the number and depth of deep excavation,the larger excavation area,unique design requirements,and various complex environments faced,the construction safety issues of deep excavation are further highlighted.The TK deep foundation pit project is located in the Pearl River Delta region,facing characteristics such as complex support processes,high difficulty in process organization,complex and harsh environment,and strict deformation control.It has regional typicality and poses certain safety management risks during the construction phase.How to safely carry out deep foundation pit construction is an important issue that enterprises urgently need to solve.On the basis of a large number of research documents,the paper adopts the methods of combining theoretical research and case study,qualitative and quantitative methods,and eastern thinking mode with modern western management tools to carry out research.Taking the safety risk management of deep foundation pit construction as the research point,taking the five management elements of "human,machine,material,law,and environment" as the starting point,identified and summarized 21 factors that affect the safety risk management of deep foundation pit construction.And a comprehensive evaluation index system for the safety risk management of deep foundation pit construction has been constructed from the three dimensions of "Wu Li-Shi Li-Ren Li",using AHP to determine indicator weights,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation,establish a fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation model based on WSR methodology.At the same time,combining the characteristics of TK project and the actual situation of the project factor analysis and risk assessment,the relationship between the influencing factors of construction safety risks is analyzed as follows: Shi Li Factors>Ren Li Factors>Wu Li Factors,the membership degree of safety risks in TK deep foundation pit construction is 0.562,the overall safety risk level is at a moderate level.Finally,based on the impact of the three dimensions of “WSR”on the construction of deep foundation pit safety risk of the relevant risk prevention and control measures for similar projects to provide a reference for the safety management of Deep Foundation Pit Engineering. |
