Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Ecological Environment Emergency Management In Weifang Cit

Weifang City is located in the middle of Shandong Peninsula,jurisdiction over 16 counties.With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,there are more environmental risk enterprises and developed road network.Multiple venture enterprises are interleaved with population gathering areas,rivers and water sources,leading to greater risks and hidden dangers.At the same time,due to the high density of road network and frequent transportation activities of hazardous chemicals,the risk and hidden danger of secondary emergency environmental events of hazardous chemicals transportation accidents are also large,and the hidden danger of ecological environment is prominent.Although the emergency management of ecological environment in Weifang has achieved initial results,and the awareness of government departments,risk enterprises and people on environmental safety has gradually increased,there are still some problems and drawbacks,and some potential ecological and environmental risks,which are in contradiction with the current economic and social development.This paper uses a series of methods,such as interview,questionnaire and case,referring to domestic and foreign ecological environmental emergency management,environmental emergencies and crisis management.Firstly,the present situation of ecological environmental emergency management in Weifang City is introduced,and the research methods and ideas are introduced.Secondly,4R theory is used to analyze the problems existing in prevention stage,preparation stage,response stage and recovery stage.Again learn from domestic and foreign local government advanced experience;At last,this paper makes a reasonable analysis of the current ecological and environmental risks in Weifang City,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as perfecting the organizational structure,straightening out the working mechanism,strengthening the linkage of departments,improving the implementation of the plan,and improving the intelligent supervision,so as to further improve the precision and standardization of the ecological and environmental emergency management in Weifang and help the economic and social development.
