Electricity is the key power to support the normal operation of airports.In the air transportation system,both tower command and flight scheduling are inseparable from the safety operation of electricity.With the era of universal aviation,WX International Airport was entered into golden period.In present,There is big gap between availability service and actual needs in the rapid development of airport.There are certain security risks.we need reform those way urgently,it could ensure the safety and reliability of electricity consumption.For example,the low quality of equipment maintenance、not clear responsible for security risk supervision 、 not uniform for Security policy standards 、imperfect safety training and assessment mechanism、the formalization of safety management.There is an urgent need to reform the management it will ensure the safety and reliability of electricity supply.This paper uses literature research and questionnaire survey,combined with expert interview,it is based on the WRS methodology,we identify risk factors of electricity supply in WX International Airport,we establish the WX airport electricity consumption of risk index system.We used fuzzy hierarchy analysis and risk matrix method for quantify the risk level and value index.We could find the most concern risk indicators.From the perspective of WSR methodology,we Propose risk control measures from three dimensions: human,physical and reasonable,this method could improve the security of electricity supply.Safety is the foundation of all works,it is ensuring sustainable development of civil aviation enterprises.We identify and control the risks which affect safety electricity supply,it reflects the "prevention first" policy.We control the vary of predicted risk factors In advance,we have an emergency plan for potential accidents,it could help minimize losses in the accidents.This study summarized and analyzed the risk factors of electricity supply and consumption in WX Airport.At the same time,We proposed the management measures of the risks systematically.These analysis and management measures played good reference role of general airports. |
