| Lauric acid solution is used in large quantities in the production of chemical materials such as nylon,lubricants and chemical agents.As one of the core materials for biofermentation products,lauric acid solution has been widely used in chemical manufacturing and aerospace fields.In the process of manufacturing lauric acid solution,the purification of the crude material of the solution is an important part of it.In order to remove the adulterated activated carbon particles and easily adsorbed impurities from the lauric acid solution,this paper takes the crude material purification process of lauric acid solution as the research point,and designs a multi-filter filtration control system for lauric acid solution according to the characteristics of lauric acid solution and filtration process requirements.Firstly,the technical parameters related to the filtration control system of lauric acid solution with multiple filters were analyzed.Combined with the filtration process requirements of lauric acid solution,the control function of the lauric acid solution filtration system was determined.Secondly,according to the filtration process requirements of lauric acid solution,the completely closed stage fully automated control process of the solution filtration system was determined,the selection of circuit components such as filter body,pressure transmitter,pressure reducing valve and liquid limit switch was completed,and the overall layout design of the site plan was carried out.According to the requirements of filtration control system,an embedded system with Siemens S7-1214 C type PLC as the control core is designed.Again,in order to speed up the filtration process of the lauric acid solution filtration system,a stirring motor speed control system was designed in the filtration system for the filtration process and process requirements.And PID control algorithm was designed to reduce the disturbance caused by the pressure difference between the lauric acid solution and the inner chamber of the filter under the normal operation of the stirring motor.Finally,the STARTER software is used to debug and verify the self-tuning PID algorithm of Y2 type stirring motor.The MCGS touch screen and PLC control core were used to build a test platform,and the multi-filter lauric acid solution filtration control system was tested for filtration process monitoring,data acquisition monitoring,motor signal testing and alarm signal testing under various modes.The system can meet the control requirements of the crude material purification of lauric acid solution,and also realize the automation and intelligence of the lauric acid solution filtration system. |
