| At present,China’s railway line passes through the coastal and valley wind areas,and the train stopping and overturning accidents caused by the strong side wind occur from time to time.Wind load is one of the key factors affecting the high speed operation.Through the analysis of the driving safety,and study the safety effect of the wind barrier.This object is domestic CRH3 EMU,establishing pneumatic simulation model of train-bridge-wind barrier,hydrodynamic analysis and comparing different wind barrier parameters,comparing the force and moment changes of trains under wind and abrupt wind load,analyzing aerodynamic characteristic load and wind velocity as external excitation into the multi-body dynamics software.The results show that :(1)the distance between the train and the windshield is between4.1 m and 4.5 m,the wind barrier with high 3.5 m(is equivalent to the train height)and the air permeability of 30% is the best.(2)In the horizontal wind environment(wind speed 13.8m/s),other conditions unchanged,the transverse force,head and side roll moment increase with the increase of external wind speed,the nod moment gradually decreases;for each wind level,the lateral force caused by the wind barrier windshield increases by 30%,the head torque by 18%and the side roll torque by 75%;(3)in a crosswind environment(wind speed 13.8 m/s),Keep the other conditions constant,50 km/h,increase in speed The lateral force of the head car is increased by 6%,the lift is increased by 56%,and the shaking moment is increased by 28%,Roll torque increased by 12%,nod torque increased by 58%;The lateral force of the tail car increases by 16%,Lift up 15%,The shaking torque increases by 17%,The roll torque increases by 19%.(4)in a sudden wind environment(base frequency wind speed 13.8 m/s),Keep the other conditions constant,At 250 km/h,A 25% increase in lift,The lateral force decreases by 17%,The peak shaking moment drops 25%,Reduction of roll torque by 45%;At300 km/h,Increase lift by 40 per cent;The lateral force increased by about 7%,Shaking torque peak,roll torque change little,The nodding moment increases by about 50%.(5)Under the abrupt wind with a base frequency wind speed of 13.8 m/s,the safe speed of the train should not be greater than 328 km/h;the safe speed of the train should not be greater than 348km/h.When the speed is 328 km/h,the distance from the longitudinal center line of the car body to the wind barrier should not be less than 4.06 under the m/s of the fundamental frequency wind speed of 13.8 m;and the distance from the longitudinal center line of the car body to the wind barrier should not be less than 3.84 m.under the wind speed of 13.8. |
