The tower equipment is one of the major facilities of the petroleum chemical industry,with a wide range of applications.However,the frequency of the tower's vibration frequency is low,and it is easy to oscillate with wind loads,which can result in flow-induced vibration,even structural damage,and the safety of the tower equipment operations.The vibration of the tower equipment usually causes a change in Karman vortex shedding formation and frequency,and a significant change in the unsteady aerodynamic characteristics.However,there is little study about the influence of vibration of tower equipment on unsteady vortex shedding and unsteady aerodynamic characteristics both in the country and abroad.In this paper,the following work is carried out on the key problem of the influence of the vibration of tower equipment on aerodynamic characteristics:(1)A high precision prediction method for three dimensional of the unsteady aerodynamic characteristics of the tower vibration was carried out based on the orthogonal parametric method.The non-regular flow around the tower was simulated based on the N-S equation and Transition SST to get the distribution of the pressure coefficient on the outside of the tower.The results of the numerical simulation are compared with the experiment data to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation method.(2)The tower vibration is in the form of the sine vibration which could be completed by using spring dynamic grid.The regularity of the aerodynamic characteristics such as lift coefficient,drag coefficient and vortex shedding frequency under different oscillating frequencies and displacements of the tower are analyzed.The influence of the aerodynamic characteristics on the resonance prediction of the tower is discussed based on the resonance condition of the tower.And for the first time systematically summed up the key question of the "frequency pit".(3)A three-dimensional study on the influence of the vibration of tower equipment on aerodynamic characteristics is carried out.The vortex distribution law in the high direction,vortex dynamic generation and vortex shedding rule of the three-dimensional tower equipment are analyzed,and the three-dimensional flow field structure of tower equipment is given.The influence of the Reynolds number,the three-dimensional vibration of the tower equipment and the vibration frequency on the three-dimensional vortex structure is studied based on typical parameters of "frequency fit".It reveals a three-dimensional complex vibration in the form of tower equipment vibrations,which effect on the unsteady vortex shedding and its corresponding judging method of resonance.
