Abstract/Summary:
The main means of pure white down production is still manual sorting,while the continuous improvement of consumers’ requirements for the quality of down products,and the demand for pure white feather continues to grow in recent years.Therefore,eiderdown production manufacturers hope to have a complete automatic sorting equipment as soon as possible,instead of handwork,quickly pick out the color down and improve the production of pure white down products.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the colored down,the machine vision technology is.introduced into the system,instead of hand sorting.The system mainly consists of eiderdown transmission structure,image acquisition structure,image processing structure and eiderdown sorting structure.In the image processing system,I have designed an improved dynamic threshold and Blob analysis algorithm for image processing.Experiments have proved that the system can find out the color down and comunicate with PLC correctly.Taking the colored eiderdown as the research object,we designed and built the online identification and sorting system,which realized the function of online acquisition,processing,recognition and sorting.Finally,the Blob analysis is selected as the image processing tool,and the image recognition algorithm of the discolored feather is studied,and the sample image is analyzed and compared.Using the joint programming of VS2010 and Halcon software,the commonly used image processing tools in the sysytem are designed,and the storage and loading of the image processing tools are presented.Using Halcon calibration assistant to calibrate the industrial camera and obtain the internal and external parameters.After obtaining the coordinates of the color down feather in the upper computer,it is sent to PLC through the serial port to PLC,using PPI protocol to avoid written communication program of PLC control program in the code in the C#environment.Finally,the accuracy test,sample test and speed test are done in real time on the platform.From the analysis of the results of the test,the function of the system identification and the sorting of the colored down feather has reached the design requirements.
