| With the continuous development of large industrial industries in China,the demand for petroleum and natural gas has been greatly increased.In recent years,China’s dependence on foreign crude oil has been approaching dangerous value,and the demand for crude oil in chemical production has increased greatly.Offshore oil and gas development has the characteristics of high risk and high difficulty.The special working environment and complex technological process put forward more stringent requirements for the instrument control system.As the core and command center of the safe production of the platform,the reliability,rapidity and stability of the central control system are related to the safety and stability of the entire production process of the oil production platform and the safety state of the offshore staff.Its importance can be imagined.This design takes the offshore oil platform control system as the starting point,carries on the in-depth analysis and the construction,and carries on the analysis to its demand.Through the comparison of PLC,DCS,FCS and other three main control systems,according to the current offshore oil platform working environment and conditions,from all aspects of the analysis of the reasons,the Delta V DCS control system produced by Emerson is more suitable for the special conditions of offshore oil platform.The program can be automatically installed in the corresponding card slot to achieve the redundancy effect,convenient and reliable operation.In order to meet the requirements of safety production,this design adopts24 V redundant power supply,and independently designs the hardware wiring diagram and completes the hardware installation and wiring.According to the process control requirements using Delta V design of DCS control program,to achieve the pressure,temperature,liquid level of PID control,switch control,alarm loop control,steam heating boiler cascade control and other functions.It also introduces the functions realized in this design,such as monitoring the system,remote transmission of large equipment data,selection of human-computer interaction interface animation data source.Finally,through the hardware,software,communication and other aspects of the inspection and debugging,after the diagnosis of software no problem.Finally,the hardware and software of the control system are debugged,and the PID control parameters are adjusted to meet the control requirements of offshore oil production platform. |
