| With the vigorous development of the contemporary chemical production industry,the expansion of production scale,and the increasingly complex chemical process,the requirements for the production control system of the contemporary chemical industry are getting higher and higher,and DCS(distributed control system)has gradually become the mainstream control method for process control.In the chemical production process control industry,the DCS system has played a pivotal role,and is widely used in the control process of many industries such as petroleum.SIS(Safety Instrumented System),as the last step in the safety protection of chemical plants,is also one of the key protection measures,which plays a decisive safety decision in the process of production.At present,it has been widely recognized at home and abroad and in the industry and has been successfully applied in actual production.In recent years,aromatic polymer materials have been widely used in all walks of life,and are widely used in the manufacture of military aerospace materials,civilian consumer goods and other fields[1].At present,there are many engineered aromatic polymers in the world,and polyaryl ether ketone(PAEK)is a high-performance resin material belonging to aromatic polymers.Based on the PAEK refining and public auxiliary process of a chemical plant in Panjin,this paper uses the ABB-800x A control system integrating DCS and SIS to design the PAEK safety production process monitoring and control system.Taking the process control system of PAEK production as the object,by analyzing the characteristics and specific requirements of the PAEK production process,the monitoring and control system design of the PAEK refining and public auxiliary processes DCS and SIS is completed,and the corresponding safety control,monitoring and control systems are proposed.Interlocking design.The article selects ABB-800x A control system to realize the monitoring and control of PAEK refining and public auxiliary process through hardware selection,control loop design and program design.Due to the high complexity of the refining process,this paper will focus on the program and screen design of the communication,logic control,PID function,and host computer interface of the refining process.Among the communication devices,communication protocols such as Profibus and Modbus are used to realize the sending and receiving of data.Program design(lower computer)uses sequence control(SFC),function block(FB),structured text(ST)and other programming languages??through Control Builder M software to realize process design,PID design,divided control design,fuzzy control design,Design of process control schemes such as SIS safety interlocks.After the programming is over,use Graphic Display software to configure the host computer interface. |
