The Innovative Design And Application Of The Structure Of The Daily Garment Jacket For The "Colostomy Man"

According to statistics,colorectal cancer ranks third among the most common cancers in the world.After undergoing colostomy surgery,people suffering from colorectal cancer have changed their original method of using anal excretion,making stomas in the abdomen and carrying artificial bags to achieve excretion [4],making their daily lives difficult.Due to changes in physiological body shape,ordinary daily clothing is no longer suitable for the needs of "ostomists" for the stoma.Based on this,functional clothing structure design and product development for ostomists have become important research topics at present.Based on the changes in the physiology,psychology,and body shape of the ostomist,this article combines the aesthetic,functional,and structural relationships of the daily clothing of the "ostomist" to design the functional clothing structure of the ostomist,and further carries out the daily clothing design of the ostomist series to complete the product production.The main content of this article is as follows: Taking the innovative design of the structure of the "ostomy man" daily clothing jacket as the theme,this article first introduces the concept and physical characteristics of the ostomy man,as well as the specific characteristics of the pocket worn at the waist and abdomen stoma,to deeply understand the ostomy problems and clothing problems that occur in daily life for the ostomy man;[12] Secondly,based on the analysis of the physiological and psychological,behavioral,and body shape changes of the ostomist,the methods of questionnaire survey,hospital field visits,records of life with the ostomist,and clothing state simulation were used to refine the ostomist’s clothing needs and corresponding clothing design needs in daily life;After that,based on the extracted design requirements and the human body shape of the stoma,using the methods of spss analysis,questionnaire star analysis,and clothing simulation,we summarized the three major needs of the stoma for daily clothing: the replacement,concealment,and fixation of the stoma pocket,combining the theoretical knowledge of the basic elements of the central plane of the stoma requirements and clothing structure,as well as the prototype clothing structure suitable for the human body shape of the stoma,Exploring innovative design methods for clothing structure: lace up method,button up method,pleating method,superposition method,and pleating method,and using this method to carry out scheme design and production and verification of blank sample clothing,further summarizing and summarizing.Finally,based on two aspects of daily clothing function design and structural requirements design that are suitable for the shape characteristics of the stomacher;Based on various elements such as clothing style,color,and silhouette technology,the innovative design method for clothing structure explored is used to design a series of works and make ready-to-wear clothes mainly based on jackets.Combining the way of simulated wearing on the stage and actual wearing on a real person to optimize the dressing effect and upper body experience of the ostomist.Highlight the functional,comfortable,aesthetic,and practical characteristics of clothing,and hope to effectively promote the design and development of relevant clothing products.
