| In recent years,under the influence of the global epidemic,the steel industry has been in a depressed state.China’s steel industry has also entered a severe winter,market demand is falling,overcapacity,logistics lead to raw material costs rise,corporate profitability is not optimistic.In addition to various environmental control policies have been introduced,some small and medium-sized steel enterprises are more facing the production cut-off situation.On the one hand,enterprises should promptly respond to the national requirements,quickly update environmental protection technology and equipment,break through the technical bottleneck is a strong grasp of the long-term development of enterprises;on the other hand,it is imperative to streamline production manpower and optimize the salary system of production personnel,which has become a solid guarantee to support technical upgrading.Therefore,the thesis select SC Company as the object of study,and studies the optimization problem of its production personnel’s salary system,in order to achieve the goal of optimizing the production personnel structure and saving the human cost,realize the long-term development of the enterprise.This paper studies along the train of thought of“Identifying the problem-optimizing the design-ensuring the implementation”: firstly,based on the existing research results on the salary incentive and salary system of the production personnel,through interviews with company managers and a questionnaire survey of front-line production personnel,identifying the problems of SC Company’s current compensation system in three aspects: Rationality of compensation system,fairness of compensation system and incentive of compensation system,in view of the existing problems,this paper uses the methods of production process analysis,post analysis,skill analysis and evaluation to add skill factors into the salary system of production personnel,and optimizes the basic salary and performance salary,at the same time,put forward the rationalization suggestion to the salary of working years and other salary parts,and form the final salary optimization plan,this paper compares each part of the salary structure and the whole before and after the optimization,and puts forward the safeguard measures after the optimization to ensure the smooth progress of the optimization scheme.The optimized salary system for production personnel aims at favoring highly skilled and multi-skilled employees,further optimizing the structure of production personnel to achieve the goal of improving quality and efficiency,while helping enterprises to tide over the current operating difficulties,ensure the future development of the enterprise demand for personnel.This research will also provide some reference for other small and medium-sized steel enterprises of the same size in the same industry. |
