Research On Creative Clothing Design Practice Of Nonwovens

As clothing moves towards diversification,clothing carriers also take on diverse forms.With the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s consumption concepts and clothing needs have changed.Clothing needs are no longer limited to practicality such as shielding,durability,and warmth preservation,but gradually begin to pursue the innovation and fashion of clothing.Non wearing materials are integrated into creative design as a new carrier,combining creative thinking and multiple design schemes to demonstrate the innovation and fashion of clothing.Under the epidemic,the important role of nonwoven materials in protective equipment has been highlighted.The nonwoven industry has mobilized relevant resources and made a significant historical contribution to increasing the supply of epidemic prevention materials.At the same time,nonwoven fabrics have once again entered the public’s vision.This article links nonwovens as a new carrier with creative clothing,explores the wearing value of nonwovens,and explores innovative and creative expressions of nonwovens.As the trend of low carbon and environmental protection has swept through various fields around the world,finding new environmentally friendly materials to replace existing high energy consumption and high pollution materials has become the primary concern of the clothing design industry.However,nonwoven fabrics are known as the new generation of environmentally friendly materials,and the use of nonwoven fabrics has to some extent achieved the goal of low carbon,environmental protection,and sustainability.Using the performance characteristics of nonwoven fabrics to complete the secondary reconstruction of clothing design,breaking the traditional clothing design thinking,enabling clothing to present unique and novel shapes on the basis of both functionality and aesthetics,meeting people’s personalized and diverse needs for clothing,not only increasing the practicality and interest of clothing,but also broadening the product range of nonwoven fabrics,and achieving recyclability of clothing.The content involves the following aspects:(1)Overview of nonwovens.The basic situation of nonwovens is described in terms of its concept,category,performance and application range.(2)Combined with the physical and aesthetic characteristics of nonwovens,this paper compares and studies the innovative and reconstructive styles and material properties of needle-punched nonwovens,spunbonded nonwovens,flash nonwovens and SMS composite nonwovens,and explores the multi-dimensional design approaches and design transformation methods from plane to three-dimensional by combining the creative thinking and techniques of clothing.(3)Research on the application of nonwoven material innovation and reconstruction style in creative fashion design.According to the experimental results,the nonwovens that are most suitable for creative clothing are selected for graduation design practice,and the exploration and practice of nonwovens innovation and reconstruction style are carried out by combining the plant tapping dyeing,manual spray dyeing and manual nail bead technology.Through the relevant research of nonwovens’ innovative and reconstituted patterns,the conclusion is drawn in the form of experimental research,providing systematic theoretical guidance for future design practice.Explore a broader application and development space for the wearability development of nonwovens.
