At present,the domestic research on shirt sleeve intelligent sewing equipment is basically in the semi-automatic stage,and there is still a certain gap in sewing quality compared with foreign countries,and there are problems such as low stitch accuracy,high needle breaking rate,complex structure and high failure rate.Based on the research status of traditional shirt sleeve sewing equipment,this paper analyzes the folding mechanism and improves the key mechanism,analyzes the needle punch movement,and designs the control system according to the actual needs and functional requirements of the integrated sewing equipment of the shirt sleeve.The main work and innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)The current development status of automatic sewing equipment at home and abroad is analyzed,which shows that the current integrated sewing equipment of shirt sleeves still has problems such as unstable folding effect and high needle breaking rate;(2)Aiming at the problems of unsatisfactory folding effect of shirt sleeve intelligent sewing equipment and easy rebound of fabric,the process flow of sleeve forming of shirt sleeve integrated sewing equipment was analyzed;The improvement scheme of the automatic folding mechanism was proposed,the pressing ironing device was added,and the folding knife was improved.The movements of the closing,post-mold,reed and lateral diagonal moving plates of the automatic folding mechanism were analyzed;(3)In view of the high needle breaking rate of the current integrated sewing equipment of shirt sleeves,the motion analysis of the process of piercing the fabric of the sewing machine needle was carried out,and the force of the needle penetrating the fabric,the movement of the machine head and the interaction relationship between the needle and the fabric were analyzed.The mathematical model of needle punching motion is established,and the piercing process of needle and fabric is modeled in Solid Works software,and on this basis,the display dynamics solution is carried out by ANSYS workbench LS-LYNA module,and the failure law of fabric unit and the stress change curve of needle shank are obtained,which provides a reference for analyzing the cause of needle breaking and reducing the stress concentration of needle bar.(4)The task requirements of the control system of integrated sewing equipment for shirt sleeves were analyzed,and the control system scheme was designed according to the improvement scheme of the automatic folding mechanism and the analysis of needle punching motion;Analyze the input and output signals of the control system,and select the main components such as controllers,motors,cylinders,etc.;The input and output terminals are planned,and the electrical schematic is drawn;The control program and the optimized design of the human-machine interface were written,and the sewing experiment was carried out to provide a reference for the trial production of the mechanism.
