Study On Coordinated Treatment Of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution In Lianjiang City,Guangdong Province

The control of agricultural non-point source pollution is not only a social and livelihood issue,but also a public security issue.Soil,groundwater and agro-rural eco-environmental protection have a bearing on the safety of rice bags,vegetable baskets and water tanks,and on the building of a beautiful China.Since the 13 th five-year Plan period(2016-2020),relevant departments in all regions have carried out Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,earnestly implemented the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,and made good progress in protecting the ecological environment of soil,groundwater and rural agriculture.However,the structural,root and trend pressure of eco-environmental protection in China has not been fundamentally alleviated,the industrial structure of heavy chemical industry has not been fundamentally changed,and the total amount of some pollutants discharged is still high.There is still a long way to go before the targets for pollution prevention and control of soil,groundwater and agriculture in rural areas meet the requirements of the “Beautiful China’ goal.Based on the background of agricultural non-point source pollution control,through the in-depth analysis and Research on the current situation and treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution in Lianjiang City,Guangdong Province,it is found that there are some problems in the current situation and treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution in Lianjiang City,such as improper treatment of pesticide agricultural film,severe pollution of livestock and poultry manure,non-standard waste treatment,serious domestic waste pollution and so on.The main reasons for these problems are backward production and testing technology,poor coordination of policy tools,low efficiency of participants and insufficient coordination of governance means.By comprehensively summarizing the excellent work experience and practices,this paper deeply reflects on the common problems and obstacles existing in the implementation of the collaborative treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution,puts forward suggestions on optimizing the policy path,technical path and awareness path,focuses on the people-oriented service concept,and gradually solves the problems in the collaborative treatment under the background of agricultural non-point source pollution control.When discussing the profound meaning of agricultural non-point source pollution,it is proposed to achieve sustainable development.At the same time,it summarizes the classic cases of agricultural non-point source pollution treatment at home and abroad,and obtains enlightenment.Based on the meaning and characteristics of agricultural non-point source pollution,it is necessary to establish a scientific and guaranteed treatment system,and put forward a reasonable and effective optimization path of coordinated treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution.
