| Intelligent manufacturing is an important cornerstone to realize the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.It is the trend to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The release of "Made in China 2025" in 2015 helps to promote the transformation and innovative development of China’s manufacturing industry to service,representing that intelligent manufacturing has become the main direction of China’s manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.From the perspective of enterprises,most of the production equipment of enterprises has been fully automated and intelligent,and the resulting competitive pressures such as rising raw material prices,rising labor costs,declining order profits,and upgrading of the consumer market are increasing;From the perspective of employees,under the trend of intelligent manufacturing,the requirements of enterprises on the concept,behavior,attitude and ability of front-line employees have gradually changed significantly.This thesis takes ZM Company as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,interview research and questionnaire survey,analyzes the problems of ZM Company in the actual training of front-line backbone employees under the trend of intelligent manufacturing,and discusses the optimization of the training system under the trend.First of all,collect and analyze the research theory and practical application results of domestic and foreign enterprises in employee training and intelligent manufacturing trends,and explain and define the relevant concepts and theories of this study.Secondly,it describes the training summary of ZM company and front-line backbone employees under the trend of intelligent manufacturing.Then,interviews were conducted with human resources departments,some manufacturing center managers and front-line team leaders.According to the interview results,a questionnaire was designed to survey and summarize all front-line backbone employees of the company.According to the above understanding,the impact of intelligent manufacturing trends was explained with cases,and the reasons for these problems were summarized and analyzed from many aspects.Then,starting from the four links of the training management system,we propose corresponding optimization countermeasures for the existing problems combined with the actual operation and strategic layout of the enterprise.Finally,the statistical analysis results of the above chapters are combined to draw a survey conclusion.This thesis believes that the optimization of the training system for front-line backbone employees in the manufacturing industry should start from the actual needs of enterprises,and then start with the four links of training under the trend of intelligent manufacturing,and optimize the training system based on the enterprise strategy and the sustainable principle,so as to improve the entire training system.The thesis puts forward that it is necessary to accurately meet the training needs of the front-line backbone staff,increase the training content related to intelligent manufacturing,clarify the division of responsibilities for the overall arrangement of training,reflect the intelligence of the training form,reserve the front-line intelligent transformation lecturer talents,optimize the training supervision mechanism,establish the training examination incentive mechanism,improve the training guarantee measures,optimize the training evaluation method,and establish the training feedback mechanism,so as to ensure the effective implementation of training work.This study is expected to improve the training system of the front-line backbone staff of ZM Company through optimizing countermeasures,so as to improve the overall staff quality and work efficiency,stimulate innovation vitality,enhance the internal talent cultivation ability of the enterprise,alleviate the problem of insufficient talent,meet the development needs of the company in the future,and realize the benign development of ZM Company under the general background of difficult employment in manufacturing enterprises,It can also serve as a reference for the optimization of the training system of other similar industries or enterprises of the same size. |
