Research On The Design Of Shaoxing Rice Wine Set Under The Concept Of Slow Design

Yellow wine,with a development history of more than 2,500 years,has surpassed other types of Chinese alcoholic beverages such as baijiu,grape wine,and beer.As a brewed wine,yellow wine has unique flavors due to its special requirements for geographical and climate conditions.Compared with baijiu,beer,and grape wine,yellow wine has higher nutritional value and greater medicinal value,and has the functions of promoting blood circulation,warming the body,promoting metabolism,protecting the heart,and nourishing the blood and skin.Among many yellow wine brands,Shaoxing yellow wine has given birth to many leading industries such as Guyue Longshan and Kuaijishan based on its superior geographical environment and rich experience in yellow wine brewing.The drinking method of Shaoxing yellow wine also differs from other yellow wines,as it requires a temperature of around 35-40 degrees Celsius,and when heated,it has a fragrant aroma and a long-lasting aftertaste.Compared with other types of alcoholic beverages,Shaoxing yellow wine has a relatively low degree of attention,and currently,there is also a lack of design for Shaoxing yellow wine utensils,leaving plenty of room for improvement in this aspect.In today’s fast-paced life,slowness has become a luxury,and long periods of high-intensity labor make people neglect the pursuit of their spiritual world.Mass-produced products are often presented in a single form,lacking personal touch.To solve this problem,the concept of "slow design" has been gradually valued.This article aims to protect and develop traditional yellow wine culture by integrating the concept of "slow design" into the design of Shaoxing yellow wine utensils,triggering people’s thinking about the essence of life.The article will explain the characteristics of Shaoxing yellow wine and the concept of "slow design," followed by a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the basic problems of existing Shaoxing yellow wine utensils.It will then clarify the design principles,design ideas and design functions.With the help of modern design techniques,wine products with Shaoxing yellow wine characteristics are designed.To contribute to the inheritance and development of Shaoxing yellow wine culture,and to satisfy consumers’ pursuit of "slow life".
