The application of digital twin technology to industrial production can realize the monitoring and prediction of industrial production conditions,so digital twin has important research value in industrial applications.Injection molding machine is a kind of machine equipment used to manufacture plastic products,and servo motor is the core power system in injection molding machine equipment.This paper will take the servo motor of the injection molding machine as an example to establish its digital twin model.The paper takes the five-dimensional model in the digital twin as the research idea,and through the physical modeling(virtual model)of the servo motor,the data of the servo motor when it is working Acquisition and communication construction(data connection),and data modeling of the collected data(service system)are studied,and a digital twin model of the working state of the servo motor is established.Firstly,regarding the "physical modeling" of the servo motor,this dissertation uses Solid Works and 3d Max software for modeling and imports the established models into Unity3 D for simulation and emulation.In constructing the servo motor model,the various parts of the servo motor are first separated and designed individually,and after completing the design of each part model,the separated models are assembled.Then,3d Max is used to process the assembled model to make it lightweight and to render textures and materials.Finally,the processed model is imported into Unity3 D,and scene layout and lighting design are performed separately to make the simulation effect more vivid.Through the physical modeling of the servo motor,the virtual model of the servo motor is depicted.This section completes the "virtual model" part of the digital twin system.First of all,in terms of "physical modeling" of the servo motor,this paper uses Solid Works software and 3d Max software to model,and imports the established model into Unity3 D for simulation.In the model construction of the servo motor,the parts models of the servo motor are first split,and the split part models are designed separately.After the design of each part model is completed,each split part model is The model is assembled.Then,use 3d Max to lighten the assembled model and render the texture and material.Finally,the processed model is imported into Unity3 D,and the scene layout and lighting design are carried out separately to make the simulation effect more vivid.Through the physical modeling of the servo motor,the description of the virtual model of the servo motor is realized.This part completes the "virtual model" part of the digital twin system.Secondly,in terms of "data connection",this article designs data collection through the Modbus communication protocol.And based on the principle of Modbus communication protocol,the framework of the acquisition system was built.Next,by building a communication protocol framework,selecting TCP communication protocol and MQTT communication protocol to establish communication connections between the virtual model and physical entities of the servo motor,and completing reverse driving of the physical entities of the servo motor in Unity3 D simulation,the triggering of the physical entities by the virtual model in the digital twin architecture is achieved.This section completes the "Data Connection" section of the digital twin system.Finally,in terms of data modeling of the digital twin,the fault model of the servo motor is mainly established.In this paper,the TCN sequential convolutional network is selected for motor fault analysis and prediction,and then according to the structural characteristics of the TCN sequential convolutional network,and on the basis of the TCN sequential convolutional network,the Attention mechanism is introduced to optimize the TCN sequential convolutional network and improve The accuracy of the prediction results.This part completes the "Service System" part of the digital twin system.
