| The strategic plan "Made in China 2025," which aims to deeply integrate industrialization and information technology,is created as China’s economy enters a new age.Chemical equipment manufacturers currently struggle with how to digitally enhance the monitoring of the production and assembly state of chemical equipment.The development of digital twin technology opens new avenues for the interaction and merging of the physical and digital worlds.It also offers a practical means of monitoring the intricate design of the chemical centrifugal pump motor production line and its whole life cycle.To address the practical application issues of difficult production status monitoring,poor control ability,and low visualization degree during the production and assembly process of chemical centrifugal pump motor production line,this paper focuses on the digital twin monitoring system of the production line of chemical centrifugal pump motor.The goal is to provide service for the intelligent development of Chinese chemical equipment production and assembly industry.The primary research is described as follows:This paper analyzes the problems existing in monitoring means,data interaction communication,and other aspects of chemical centrifugal pump motor production line,proposes the monitoring system based on digital twinning for chemical centrifugal pump motor production line,and studies the relevant technical theories of digital twinning,such as the concept of digital twinning and five-dimensional model structure,digital twinning modeling technology,and OPC UA communicative protocol.According to the process flow of the chemical centrifugal pump motor production line,the digital twin model is constructed,primarily from the physical model,the geometric model,and the behavioral model;on the basis of the physical model and geometric model,the behavior model of the chemical centrifugal pump motor production line in the virtual world is constructed;and the real-time mapping of the production process of the chemical centrifugal pump motor production line is created.The twin model provides a guarantee for the behavior and reaction of physical entities in virtual space.Design the solution of the digital twin monitoring system for chemical centrifugal pump motor production line,identify the specific implementation functions of the digital twin monitoring system for chemical centrifugal pump motor production line through system requirement analysis,such as information management,scene monitoring,and data visualization,etc.,and complete the overall architecture design,system implementation,and function verification of the digital twin monitoring system.Utilizing OPC UA technology,the production line’s data communication network for chemical centrifugal pump motors will be finished up,real-time twin data collection and virtual interaction will be realized,and a virtual monitoring platform based on real-time data drive will be developed for the production line.The system realizes the monitoring of the production and assembly process of chemical centrifugal pump motors,equipment operation parameters,and the routine management of production and assembly equipment,improving the operation efficiency of the chemical centrifugal pump motor production line.The monitoring system for the production line of chemical centrifugal pump motors based on digital twinning has been proven to be effective in real-world applications.It can carry out a variety of functions,including data administration,scene monitoring,and data visualization.It offers a practical and doable technique to implement visual monitoring of chemical equipment production process,running smoothly and having good real-time performance. |
